As social distancing continues it is important to stay active for our mind, body and spirit. We have put together a 6 week training program, suitable for all levels, to get you moving and help us raise much needed funds for our Y. It is the perfect opportunity to set a goal and train for a 5k. We will provide training schedules and apps that you can track your progress, then on race day (June 13th) we will come together virtually and share our accomplishments through video or photos.
