YMCA of Greater Saint John Launches YThrive Home: FREE YMCA Virtual Workouts

Saint John, NB — The YMCA of Greater Saint John, along with other YMCAs across Canada, has launched a series of online fitness classes called YThrive Home. The YMCA remains committed to helping everyone achieve their goals and stay connected to their communities. YThrive Home will allow them to do that from the comfort of their homes.

“As a Y, we pride ourselves on always being there for our communities. So, we are excited to offer YThrive Home. This is an excellent, free online platform to help keep us all healthy and active,” said Shilo Boucher, President and CEO of the YMCA of Greater Saint John.

“Everyone is welcome and the workouts are tailored for all levels and audiences, including adults, families, kids, and seniors.”

YThrive Home features workouts from YMCA trainers from all over Canada, which will help everyone get their daily dose of YMCA fitness. They are designed for almost any fitness level and can be done in living rooms free of charge. New workouts are being added regularly.
