Staff training is taking place on Sunday, November 26th from 6:00-9:00 pm. The Saint John Regional Y will be closing at 6:00 pm November 26th. The fitness studio will be closing at 4:00 pm in order to set it up for the training. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The YMCA of Greater Saint John relies on the time and dedication given by volunteers in our community, and we’re currently seeking three strong leaders within greater Saint John to become members of the Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to share your time and talents and help build a healthy community.

The affairs of the YMCA of Greater Saint John are managed by the Board of Directors, consisting of eight to ten people. Members of the Board of Directors include a mix of backgrounds, skills and experience appropriate to guide the Board’s strategy and proper governance of the organization.

We are currently seeking applicants who have expertise in the health sector, human resources and risk management. But we’re interested in hearing from everyone passionate about volunteering at the Y, as there are many other exciting opportunities available.

The application deadline is December 13th, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
