Want to add a little variety to your Group Fitness classes? Just add water!

The properties of water will bring a new dynamic to your workout. The resistance of the water strengthens your muscles as you push and pull your body through the water. While moving at top speed, or any speed, your body weight is supported by the buoyancy of the water, so you reduce the impact on your joints as you improve your cardiovascular fitness. Led by trained YMCA Instructors, these classes offer a host of benefits for all fitness levels, and you'll appreciate the ability to control the intensity by modifying surface area, speed, and force of movements.

AquaFit
YMCA Aquafit is a great way to get fitness benefits and improve your circulation without stressing your joints. By pushing against the resistance of water, you can adapt each session to your own level of fitness. It is a great way to add variety to your fitness program.

Aquatic Stretch
A guided stretching routine in the therapy pool for adults to improve and retain range of motion. Swimming skills are not required. There is a max 20 participants per class for an enjoyable experience.
