This training is essential for teens who would like to improve their athletic performance and fitness knowledge.  It will be once per week for 6 weeks, including a workout and educational component. This class requires pre-registration.

This program is for youth ages 12-18 years old, with a maximum of 12 participants. It is included in your Y Membership, but pre-registration is required. Please register at the front desk of the Saint John Regional Y, or by calling 693-YMCA.
