Improve your cardio fitness, burn calories and shape and strengthen your lower body with Group Ride® at the YMCA.

A thrilling 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors, you will roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish. Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

Group Ride® is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.
