YMCA Step classes incorporate an adjustable, non-slip platform into a full workout, making it a top calorie-burner, easily adaptable to different fitness levels. Keep The Step low, and it’s easy on the joints; raising The Step height raises the challenge as your body strengthens and fitness level increases.

You'll get support and inspiration from your certified YMCA instructor and other Y members as you follow a simple series of movements. YMCA instructors will demonstrate options for all fitness levels, while keeping the class upbeat and fun.
