Fit for the Young at Heart or the Young that may have an injury that prevents you from participating in your regular fitness program. Come and experience exercise in disguise while sitting in a chair – this is a low impact dance fitness party that is designed to  help to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome. Grab a chair and have a blast while exercising from a seated position!
