    YMCA Family Swim is an unstructured activity that lets the entire family stay active together. The sessions add variety, cardiovascular fitness, and fun to your family’s fitness routine.

    Family swim sessions are included with your YMCA membership. Community members can also access Family Swim sessions through the purchase of YMCA day passes.

    CycleFit gets your legs pumping with a high-powered indoor bike class set to energetic music. Working those major muscles in your legs also strengthens your most important muscle: your heart.

    Since you control the intensity of the workout by adjusting your own bike, it’s a great workout for individuals of all ages and experiences.

    Combining yoga and Pilates fundamentals, Group Centergy® at the YMCA will help you improve your balance, mobility, and flexibility, and strengthen your core.

    Group Centergy® is refreshed every three months with new music and choreography.

    Family: Adult & Child (0-5yrs.)

    YMCA Kindergym programs are fun-filled playful movement sessions designed for your toddler and preschooler.

    Kindergym sessions are also a great way for young participants to build relationships while working in a group, listening, taking turns, and following instruction.

    YMCA Kindergym will help children develop general motor skills including jumping, rolling, balancing, and basic coordination.
