Camp Glenburn Camp Glenburn Cancellation Policy

Camp Glenburn Cancellation Policy

A deposit, ($10.00 for Day Camp, $50.00 for Little Voyagers and Adventurers, $100.00 for Discoverer, Explorer, 2-week Leadership and $200.00 for 3-week Leadership) is required for each Camp Glenburn program and for each camper that is registering. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance of fees are refundable if a medical note is provided by a physician or if a cancellation is made 21 days prior to the first day of the program. Refunds are not provided for homesickness or inappropriate behaviour. All payments must be finalized on or before July 1, 2020. If registration occurs within the week before the session begins, full payment at the time of registration is required.
