Come in and perfect your backhand! Drop in and play some badminton against other members or bring a friend. Nets will be set up, and birdies and racquets are available to sign out.

Basketball was invented at the YMCA — and it’s still going strong here! It’s also a great way to stay fit, meet people, and have fun. Come join other members for some friendly hoops.

Pickleball is a court sport best described as halfway between tennis and table tennis. Anyone at any skill level is welcome to play in this program. All equipment is provided.

En garde! Thrust and parry, learn the fundamentals of fencing. This is a new volunteer lead program. No experience is required and all of the equipment is provided by NB Fencing. Registration: $5.

Register your child for an interactive storytime, with one of our staff. Your children will enjoy an age-appropriate book and a fun activity to go along with it while you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while your child learns and plays.

YMCA Kindergym programs are fun-filled playful movement sessions designed for your toddler and preschooler.

Kindergym sessions are also a great way for young participants to build relationships while working in a group, listening, taking turns, and following instructions.

YMCA Kindergym will help children develop general motor skills including jumping, rolling, balancing, and basic coordination.

Children below age 12 are welcome.

The Run Jump Throw Wheel is a program for children, ages 5 to 12, that teaches fundamental movement skills and develops physical literacy using track and field activities and games. This program helps kids to discover areas they find appealing in structured play and sports.

Our gymnasium is open for free use by members ages 12+ in the same Steady 10 bubble.

If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, join us in the newly revamped teen space. Come in play some games and make some new friends. On Fridays, the Teen Zone drop-in program is available for drop-in for non-members between the ages of 13 and 17. A waiver must be signed by a parent and/or guardian.

This drop-in program is for youth members looking to enjoy a fun game of badminton. No experience is necessary. Participants must be enrolled in kindergarten or older to play.

This instructor-led program introduces and instructs youth in an introduction to various sports and physical activities.

This basketball program helps youth develop sports-related skills and teamwork and teaches them how to follow instructions, cooperate, and lead. The curriculum includes mini-games, activities, and skill development, which will be delivered by staff and volunteers with strong basketball and coaching knowledge.
